rajbihari.in follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER

Size Exchange/Product Exchange:
If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one, they need to mail us at sanidhya3business@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
If a reverse pickup facility is available at your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the delivery address and re-send the product.

Please Note: Reverse pickup might not be available at some pin codes. In such cases, the customer is requested to send the product back with their name and mobile number clearly mentioned.

  • Exchange is allowed on size issues only.
  • Exchange will not be issued on product exchange.
  • All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

RETURN:

We do not accept returns on items once sold.

DAMAGED / WRONG DELIVERY:

If it’s a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item was sent, we will replace the product using the fastest possible courier facility.
When a product is shipped from our warehouse, it goes through 3 layers of quality checks, and we record the process for your reference. Still, if there’s an issue, we will resolve it.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

  • Exchange is not accepted due to color differences. A 10% color variation might occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We use the best quality materials and provide full product descriptions—please read them before placing an order.
  • Exchange is not accepted on customized products.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

❌ No, you can’t cancel the parcel once the order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at sanidhya3business@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery along with a photo of the damaged product. In such cases, we offer a resolution.

  • All custom duties levied on international orders will be borne by the customer.
  • For exchanges, the same policy applies as for domestic orders.

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order once it has been placed.
